Birthday present question? Should i have to get one?

Ok so I turned 25 in July, one of my somewhat...good friends didnt wish me a Happy bday, no present, not a text nothing. now her birthday party is Saturday, I REALLY dont freaking wnat to go but I'm dragging myself there, we're treating her to dinner, should I have to get her a present? I just feel SUPER tacky showing up and not getting one but like I dont feel its fair. What do you think?
