Why didnt my boyfriend respond to my text?

So I texed I'm asking what's good. He replied back sayin he was was hangin out, and asked what I was up to, then I said same, but I was kinda bored. After that, he didn't say anything bak. That was last night. He has started to do this. We will be in the middle of a text, then he just stops responding everytime I tells him what I'm doing. Helpp
