Can I marry a muslim man?

I have been with my partner for over 2 years and he is Muslim I would do anything for him and him for me. I was baptized catholic and went to a catholic school but do not believe in ANY religious doctrine nor what ANY religious doctrine clifies as god - I believe they are a human construct. I do however believe in a presence, 100%, that is simply incomprehensible to humans. I believe some of the religious doctrine is useful but not 'true'. I do believe that all of the 'prophets' existed like Jesus, Mohammed etc... But I believe they were just people who wanted to get a point across and utilized religion to do so, whether they believed in their religion or not is irrelevant to me. I am not meaning to cause offense to religious people. I have considered converting to Islam or even a proper Catholic but I do not believe God so that would be pretty offensive to someone who was religious. Any help on this matter would be kindly appreciated.
