How do I deal with depression and low self esteem?

Im only 14 but ive gone through hell in the last couple of months ive felt how you feel hopeless and suicidal but no we cant just be quiters i know life is hard, its a *****, it lies and its a backstaber but who cares just live everyday like its your last, and dont take crap from anyone.Thats just how i see life now, i guess it only happens to some of us but im glad im one of them.
