quitting is the best option but sometimes that just isn't possible. it sound like you will get in trouble for whatever you do since her precious babies are not held to any standards of good behavior. i was in this situation for a while and the best disapline is to do "nothing" since all they want is attention deny it to them. try to make them sit quietly and ignore the storm completely. the key is consistancy. once you give an order and they disobey do not under any cirstances give in. no matter how loud or terrible do not cave or they will learn that if they scream long enough they will get there way. it will get worse before it gets better but once they realize the only way to get you to give them what they want is to act nicely they will start to act nicely.
