What Big Inpactfull move is WWE Planing on making over TNA?

Heres the deal, WWE has Released abunch of big name stars, like Shelton benjamin, Mickie James, Maria khnoles, Ashley Misarro, Huricane Helms and Dave Batista, Matt Hardy and Chris Jericho are not happy with WWE and they are goning to quit as soon as their contracts expire, and TNA is gonna pick up Hardy and Mickie james, my Question Is Why is WWE Managment doing this and what do you think they are planing on doing to 1up on TNA??
