Why do they even bother??? They waste my time, how bout yours?

What is the point of telemarketers, credit card companys even calling? I live in the states, english is all i know...Most all these people dont even speak enough english for me to understand....Is it just me? How do they expect as a company to prosper buy hiring people who speak very little/ not good english?
