You know what ....So please can some one tell me how to fix it??..........?

You know what ....i don t know what happened but all my files open in note pad automatically when i double click it only some doesn t (eg) internet browser......And when i swicht on the computer there are abut 25 notepad files opened.......So please can some one tell me how to fix it??..........
