Complaints sears service contracts?

does anyone have a contact name, phone #, or any info to make a formal complaint about sears service contracts. I visit my local Sears repair center on Monday to have my camcorder repaired, and was immediately told by the counter clerk that if I needed a new battery it was not covered by the serv/cont. I explained to him that on the back of the serv/cont paragraph 13F it clearly states " camcorder batteries are covered ". He explained this is what he has been ordered to say. Now I wonder how many other customers has Sears ripped off. Please help
